This started as something I cared about more than most people do. I liked the process: the difference between a car that's been washed and a car that's actually been detailed, and the part where you get the vents, the jambs and the crevices right even though nobody will photograph them. That turned into a business serving Broward County out of Davie.
It's mobile because that's what works for people here. You don't have to give up half a Saturday sitting in a waiting room. I load the equipment, drive to your house or your office, set up next to the car and work while you get on with your day.
Owner-operated means what it sounds like. The person who picks up the phone is the person who quotes the job and the person standing in your driveway. There's no crew rotating through, no service writer in the middle. If you book me twice, you get me twice, and I already know your car.
I'd rather tell you the truth than sell you the most expensive package. If a Deluxe Detail gets you what you want, I'll say book the Deluxe. If a scratch is too deep to polish out or a stain has been in the carpet too long, you'll hear it from me before I start, not as an excuse afterwards. Cars in South Florida take a beating from UV, salt air, sprinkler spotting and love bug season, and I'll tell you straight what I can fix and what I can't.
